Her blue eyes like the ocean on a foggy morning When I think about the better days why am I mourning Thought I was the one but I wasn't important Guess what we had turned out to be boring But look at me now You keep yourself on the ground While I'm in the clouds But you feel overcrowded While I'm aware of all my surroundings Yeah didn't think things would be different But you were afraid of the distance That's why you left isn't it But that doesn't matter I didnt mean to put my heart out on the platter To bad I though of it after Now look at my heart it's all splattered all over the ground I'm trying to make myself matter before it's to late and I drown But why does it hurt when I feel all alone when I'm laying in bed Thoughts the meds would help but they damaged my head Now I'm going through all the messages we sent Wish I could take back everything that I said And why does does it hurt when I think about the future and what I don't know See the message pop up but I'm too afraid to pick up the phone And that's when you ghost
