A hundred years have gone to waste

Sitting here, obliged to change

Aren’t we all hypocrites?

Suffocating ourselves

The shades of green on our leaves

Discoloration I see

Can’t stop the time from fleeting

Wash us out like fish in the sea

Sunlight melts into snow

Of course we reap what we sow

In a world that we make that we break our souls just for titles on our graves
