What is life, what is this thing we call life?

All things in the universe where made of different types of atoms, different types of particles.

Not the sort of atoms we know today but simillar to the sort of things we think of as atoms.

All things in the universe we made of 4 types of these atoms and there were earth, water and fire.

So they loooked at living things like you and me and they saw lot`s of energy and activity, lot`s of stuff going on.

Living things looked like they`re full of energy. So what they decided is that living things contained more atoms of fire and that fire is what gave things that energetic unpredectability. What made the living things living things were forms of energy. What is the difference between the living and the non living? People thought living things came from the non living
