Just choose a note, choose a vowel, and tone along with the voice

It's okay if your voice pops, or if you run out of breath. It's not about performance

It's about creating a tone, a soundbath for your baby

If you decide you want to change the note you're singing, sing a different one

During labor, I found that the low tones worked really well

during early labor to relax my body and let it do its work

when you're going into transition, you're getting ready to actually push the baby out
