Tired but Wide Awake

Wondering who am i?

After a billion lies

Under a see-through sky

Gone when I close my eyes

Nothing i own is mine

Somehow i grow with time

Toeing the party line

Falling down inner space

Couldn't see my own face

Don't feel I've aged one day

Not what the mirrors say

Slowly we drift away

Colours begin to fade

Tired but wide awake
