I been bruised cut and robbed, double crossed I been attacked

I've been gone from home for months making money from the trap

I was tryna heal with the pills and the potions

Didn't wanna deal with the pain and emotions

Mama told me to be careful gotta watch where you goin'

Couldn't figure out my purpose didn't care what I was worth

I was burnin' in the fire with sinners and my addictions

Cold heart held me back from my purpose and my ambitions

Wrong cards that were dealt to me tired of bein' a victim

I was blind couldn't see all my blessings through what Im missing, yea

I was never home cause I had to be busy

If I was by myself alone that would be risky

If I had time to think the depression hit quickly

So I'd pour a lil drink and get up in a jiffy
