See your faces

I know your stories

You will not be forgotten

You carried the weight, you bore the pain

You kept walking through the fire

Your silence was heavy, your wounds were deep, yet you rose again, and so do I

Ancestors, earth and sky, parents of my spirit, you lifted me up when I fell

Your strength lives in me, your breath moves through me

I thank you, I honor you

I carry you on

When I was weak, your hands held me

When I was lost, you lit the path

You moved me out of shadows, you placed me in the light

Protector spirits

I feel your power

You gave me strength when I had none

You pushed me forward to become what I am

Ancestors, earth and sky, parents of my spirit,
