I came alone, with the storm My head full of doubts

My mind full of hopes

I saw myself on the other side Fading away

You're wide but not so long, Rubicon

Always feeling low, so far from home Tomorrow is an another day

Always smiling, all night long

I'll find the way

Should I wait for Moses,

Or for a drought to come

Dig a tunnel, or build a bridge

or a makeshift raft of reeds

Praying all day long

You're wide but not so long, Rubicon

Always feeling low, so far from home Tomorrow is an another day

Always swiming, all day long Today's the day

Rubicon, always gone

Rubicon, always gone

Rubicon, always gone

Rubicon, always gone

Its bends draw a wicked smile The riverbed follows a flow Wilder and wilder

That would be a suicide Praying all night long

You're wide but not so long, Rubicon

Do I take to the mountains Or take to the sea ?

I got lost, I got lost along the way

I hear myself shouting

Go around the world

I hear myself screaming

Go around the world

To find me

Reaching the other side (bank) will take my whole life

Rubicon, always gone

Rubicon, always gone

Rubicon, always gone

Rubicon, always gone
