Lucid Dream

My eyes close

I feel a bliss

Melatonin

A sweet release

My tensions drop

My mind lets go

Flying, stretching across the sky

When the darkness falls

Cold shivers crawl

And sneak through unaware REM eyes

A creepy mood

Shapes itself into your favourite phobia

Crawling, creeping upon my back

Confining my soul

But all my senses feel

None of this is real

I breathe again

Eyes wide open

A sigh of relief

My pulse rate drops

Though I feel so debrief

My eyes close again

I try to let go

And my head spins once again

Towards the blue skies

But I can see the dark clouds

Hiding past the horizon

A darker ultimate reality

Waiting to gain an advantage

A creepy mood

Grows behind me

I feel a darker presence

Silently stalking, hunting

Leading me away from dawn

While I choke this dire within

Hopelessly fighting power supreme
