Temporarily Lost

I left eight days ago from Washington, I've got a place there on the sound. I took route two, east out of Spokane. Yeah, this ol' truck, she's been around. I went through Kalispell and North Dakota, hit Minnesota on the way. I went around Lake Superior, I hit Des Moines earlier today. But I've been looking for something at every bridge that I've crossed. And sometimes you can feel like time becomes unreal when you become temporarily lost.
