Forgive Me

I have tried to let it go every time my life has closed and open door Locked out side without a key no one to blame for my reality So forgive me I can't let it go Please Forgive me, I may not be who you see There's a monster deep inside of me Although I try to keep it down sometimes it seems to tear things down Although I try to do what's right it's always been a constant fight To keep my darkness from the light I've been know to second guess the love for me that you express So please forgive me when i break sometimes in life i make mistakes So forgive me, i can't let it go Sometimes my heart is dark and cold, my anger rages uncontrolled My world reduced to smoking dust my shiny stars turned to rust I'm hanging on by a tiny thread to the hope that love might lie ahead To fill the hole my soul must be fed It's time for me to let fear go Something's got to change in me to let the love grow This loneliness just tears me apart Love lies buried deep in my heart So forgive me i can't seem to find my way Please forgive me, all my life I've tried to find Someone to give me peace of mind I'll keep searching till i find I can't see where i was blind Maybe I'm a fool but i believe Somewhere someone waits for me With open arms and love in their eyes It's time for me to let the fear go Something's got to change in me to let the love grow This loneliness just tears me apart Love lives buried deep in my heart
