It ain't too bad a life, its beautiful most of the time

I got a three bedroom two bath and a new four wheel drive

It ain't too bad a town, its easy to get around

I got some good friends and a good job and new roots in the ground

But if I'm being honest, like I tend to be

This ain't what I wanted by the time I turned 33

And I'm tired of saying it but I'll say it again

It's a good family tree with branches that hold me

I got two folks one brother and a new baby niece

She's a damn good old dog without her life is all wrong

Ten years six houses by my side all along

But if I'm being honest, like I tend to be
