Oh please, this cup of suffering

Do let it pass from me

Forsaking all that hope may bring

A final dawn to see

This sleepless night

That fate left behind

Pictures screen through my mind

The story never to be told

Shall remain within these eyes

For there is so much more to life

Than all that we despise

My wounds dressed in white

The last door closes

As my heart runs dry

No other opens

When sentenced to death as punishment

Through lethal injections

There is no confession on my lips

No prayers of illusion

Stabbing moves from fury left the knife in my own dreams

Judge and jury, only me, myself, and morning

Those scars remind me

Regretting shall never heal

From nothing I once came to be

I'm feeling whole yet incomplete

Am I already dead?
