Couldn't Get to Heaven

Muhammed never gambled

Muhammed never lied

Not even under pressure

Even as a child

Grew up as a farmer

On the other side

Of the only planet

Known for having life

Starved himself to death to feed the poor

Would give his only blanket to keep a stranger warm

Never self indulgent when he was born

But couldn’t get to heaven

Wasn’t with the lord

Nemo was a no-one

Never hurt a fly

Never knew nothin of folks like you and I

Nemo came from nowhere

To anyone alive

Never had the knowledge of kingdoms in the sky

Gave away his shelter to refugees of war

Lived a life of service

Lived a life of morals

Lived to fight for freedom and died by the sword

Still couldn’t get to heaven

Wasn’t with the lord

Living altruistic for no reward
