But it's sort of a life long journey isn't it?

Coming together to reflect on how music can open us up

Make us feel more receptive to

Expansion, positivity, change

And really when we come together, there's no stopping us isn't it?

And so often we think that our pain

Our experiences of oppression are unique to us

But I've learned in my journey the more I very gently, very kindly

Very reasonably express my ideas, my voice, I find great resonance

How can I use my purpose, my gifts, my joy to give back?
