It feels like yesterdays been, blown out the water, at last three signs of a check.

Bring me back to the days where i’d laugh, time and place of sentiments they never seem to last.

It’s just a moment of time, until things fall apart,

Then you’re right back at the start, singing your favorite song,

I got a feeling that that i am, working way too hard.

And I’m just wasting my time.

No need to reason with it, won’t make a difference,

Run back to your vault, where you could bet with it all.

And everybody is rave, she makes me feel so safe.

I only need somebody, or money from the lotty,

Put it in my safe, i’ll carry it away,

I’ll take it on the chin, and turn the other cheek,

And when it’s said and done, invite me to the party

I’m falling away, and shattered i am, and i need a plan, is that what it takes?

To start a new life, that’s doing just fine, inside of my home, and off of the line.

See i got a lot, but i need a break, if that’s what you want, then it’s off of my plate.

I’ll ignite a new ride, barely getting by, or walk on the side, run back to the vault.
