Another Way Out

Is there another way out? I must find a way I'm trapped in denial Though I understand I am lost on the same path Can't bring myself to try To keep moving ever forward This way is easy for me So I will just stay here for awhile Right here where I know I will Feel safe but so alone How long have I been here? This place will soon decay When will I move on? How can I bear to face myself and change my ways? My hands are shaking because I fear My body's freezing because I'm scared The fear of knowing my end keeps Holding me back from finding a new way Please let me be brave enough to Set myself free from this fear Another way out is close at hand I must move before this hateful place consumes me
