After Party

Late in the morning

It’s time to wake up

I tell myself

"A day is short”

But the weather is funky

TV is boring

The street is empty

I feel cozy in my bed

I know I have a lot of things to do

But not now

I just enjoy watching

The funky sky

And humming to myself like
