A morbid sleep

Disconnected from reality

Floating in limbo

I am where there is no peace

The constructs of my mind are out for me

I am against myself

I am terrified

I have nowhere else to go

No power in the world can save me

For I am in a world that knows me well

No rest for the wicked

I see the beginning and the end

I see the grand scheme of things

I saw what I shouldn\'t have

I know what was forbidden

My eyes open

I know it all now

Gluttony and wrath are folly

At the beginning and end of time

The cogs turn once more

I see the ebb and flow of life

All I can do is scream

Yet no one will hear me
