[Hook] Mirror, mirror on the wall Who’s the baddest chick of them all? Is it the little girl, the wild dog, or the mother who birthed them all?
[Verse 1] The little girl, she’s trapped, can’t shake the night’s fear, Calling for her daddy, wishing he was here. But the boogeyman’s lurking, steel mask on his face, Bringing tremors and tears in this dark, haunted place. She’s fighting shadows, a presence in the room, Whispering, “Daddy’s gone, but I’ll protect you.” And in that moment, a dark seed was sown, The beast took root, and she felt so alone
[Hook] Mirror, mirror on the wall Who’s the baddest chick of them all? Is it the little girl, the wild dog, or the mother who birthed them all?
[Verse 2]
That little girl’s now a wild dog, fierce and untamed,
A beast inside growing, fueling her shame.
Broken and hiding, feeling crippled and lame,
Lost in her shadows, wondering who’s to blame.
Is it the master of this twisted game she’s in?
From within, she asks, “Who’s this dancing for change, within my skin?”
She’s a stranger in the mirror, intoxicated by pain,
The world’s spinning faster, caught in the rain.
Out of control, she’s losing her hold,
A wild dog unleashed, with a story untold
[Hook] Mirror, mirror on the wall Who’s the baddest chick of them all? Is it the little girl, the wild dog, or the mother who birthed them all?
[Verse 3]
Now she’s laboring in pain, giving birth to the beast,
Chaos surrounds, collateral damage unleashed.
But through a mother’s love, she still sees light,
“I’ll raise him strong, keep him out of sight.”
In the day, they’ll see him and cast their stones,
He’ll walk alone, but he’s never on his own.
Only allowed out when the stars take flight,
A mother’s love, preparing him for the light.
He walks in daylight, upright and bright,
A beast reborn, with a glimmer of light a brand new man.
[Hook] Mirror, mirror on the wall Who’s the baddest chick of them all? Is it the little girl, the wild dog, or the mother who birthed them all?
