A couple weeks here, a couple weeks there

Regular check-ins every four or five years

Routines and reminders whilst setting dates

Clearing our schedules while spinning plates

It's crazy to think that so much has changed

Goals and perspectives have stayed exactly the same

It's a clear-headed vision, songs on the shelf

Some help, some wealth, some knowledge of self
