Denial

I found peace at the bottom of this bottle And they're not problems If i know how to solve them My life is ruled by a liquid I'm not addicted I'm just a victim I've got the hands of a hypocrite I've got the hands of a hypocrite This is denial I'm trying to fool myself That i don't have a problem And i don't need anyones help I tried to drown myself In the pouring rain Just enough to wet my lips Not enough to end the pain I've built up so many walls around me But this liquid finds its way through the cracks I've always got so much to say About everyone else But heres what i have to say about myself I've got the hands of a hypocrite This is denial I'm trying to fool myself That i don't have a problem And i don't need anyones help I tried to drown myself In the pouring rain Just enough to wet my lips Not enough to end the pain So i guess this is what failure tastes like Bitter on my tongue So i guess this is what failure tastes like Bitter on my tongue
