Tomorrow Will Be Mine

I woke up on the wrong side of bed

With a pain in my heart and a hole in my head

Now the Sun's coming up on another Monday morning

It's 8:48 and i'm already late

My alarm's going off someone give me a break

Wanna scream, Wanna shout now the boss has started calling

I must confide that deep inside i've waited for the day

My hopes and dreams revive my means and take me all the way

I don't know how much more i'll take

Today's been a total mistake

Tell myself that i'll be fine

It's a long way off but tomorrow will be mine

The Long week is done and i'm barely alive

As i pack up the car for a five hour drive

Sing a song to no one move along as the bar is closing

But i'm going forward and not looking back

As i pray everyday i don't fall off the track

There's a mountain to climb but the summit's what i've chosen

I lost the bet now i'm in debt to my worst enemy

To my surprise i realise the enemy is me
