Fear (Psalms 23)

Even though I walk Through the valley of the shadow of death I will fear no evil For You are with me (Okay) My God hasn't given me a spirit of fear Yeah, I'm a lamb among wolves But tell me, why should I fear? I find comfort in His staff, yeah my Shepherd is near And when I am afraid It won't be fight, flight, or freeze I'll be crying out to my Father Fighting battles on my knees Yeah He guards my heart With His peace And it eases my mind knowing He's always with me He never leaves He's always with me He never leaves I used to walk through life Fighting battles alone Convinced karma would amend The pain they had sewn Walking in the shadows Fearing death would soon come Not knowing that with Jesus The battle was won Now, I can see People are not my enemies It's the evil all around me You say Your goodness will pursue me So with You is where I wanna be You overfill my cup with blessings The problems that I got in life Aren't worth stressing So with these lips I'll keep processing Cause if I've got Christ Then I've got everything The Lord is my Shepherd He's all that I need He lets me rest in green meadows Leading me by peaceful streams When I am weak He renews the strength in me Singing, here's my cup Lord Fill it up Every battle that I face You have overcome Help me find my peace in you Let my life bring glory to You Here's my heart, Lord Have your way Chasing after you like David Don't let me go astray Cause with You I am safe Lord, just keep me in Your grace Lord, this is what I pray Abba won't you come into my heart?
