Caged by thoughts I can't escape

I'm shackled by chains that will not break

A war going on inside my head, and one side is winning, the side of death

I'm battling my demons, fighting disease

That brings the strongest to their knees

A daily struggle against this pain

To end it all is that insane?

I will not quit, I won't back down

I'll come back stronger, I will rebound

I'm not a coward, I am not weak

The reason we suffer?

Afraid to fucking speak
