What Child is this, who laid to rest On Mary's lap is sleeping? Whom angels greet with anthems sweet While shepherds watch are keeping? Helpless and hungry, lowly, afraid Wrapped in the chill of midwinter Comes now, among us, born into, poverty's embrace New life for the world Who is this? Who lives with the lowly?
