Sometimes I find myself thinking about all the things I wish I could live without

I sit and think about the choices I've made and all of the lives that I hoped I could change when my time on earth is done and when I've taken my final breath i'll look back at my life and see all the paths that I've chosen to take

At the end of my days will they remember my name or did I dig my own grave

I ask myself one last time will I find a way to grow or fall into this hole again

I ask myself what will they say about the man that I've become

Sometimes we take for granted how fragile this life is

As it came so quickly it shall go

At the end of my days will I be content or will I bow my head in shame

We all want to leave a part of ourselves in this short-lived world

I ask myself when I am dead and gone What will they say about the man I've become
