This blackened mind confides into the broken shell of my design The great pillar extends its hand inside my mind Obscurity, a sickened, wretched life Within these words Within reflection, I know you'll fade into a phantom A quiet secret calls our names And, over and over it moves through us These fading tones live inside us Behind the threads we lost along the way It follows, a gaping hole expands to burn away inside We wait.
