Mountain Air

Think I'll take a trip - some place no one will find me I'd like to disappear - some mountain air would do me good I had the thought to change my name to something more peculiar Then I realized: there's no point I've got a dull pain in my mouth - it's been there since I can remember It wakes me up some nights to let me know I'm still alive Then I get the thought to call your name from in my dreaming And that old familiar song begins to play Yeah, I know that I've got it better than somebody But it still sometimes weighs so heavy on my mind I've been trying to get a handle on my worries But these days I can't seem to keep the upper hand
