Tomorrow

If you could take a pen and write a story Would you tell a tale of death and destruction? Pollution, poverty and endless war About people who just don't care anymore Or would you write about peace and safety? In a world where children have nothing to fear Would you put an end to suffering and hatred? You know the choice is very clear But we've got another chance coming To rewrite the story Tomorrow, tomorrow We can do it better, much better All god's children are a family And nobody's gonna be turned away We've got to help each other make it through There really is no other way (to do) Some of us are starving And some of us ain't got no where To rest their head I tell you can't sleep while somebody is crying You know you got to help now We can't wait t another day But I believe it's not too late now To do it better Tomorrow, tomorrow We can do it better, together
