When I was a little girl I had my foolish fears in this world Of witches and ghosts with malicious intent And monsters under my bed But now that I'm older and wiser (So wise) Those monsters I know were all in my head And now there's just one thing that I fear instead I'm scared that you won't be in love, some day I'm scared that you'll stop loving me You hold my heart in the palm of your hand And you don't even know the power that you hold My friends think I have all the answers And they keep telling me, you're a keeper Well what do they think I've been trying to do?
