Standing on a single grain of sand

Looking for a way to, get up off this land

There’s pain inside my heart, as I look across the sky

Stretching out my arms, reaching for the stars up high

Never will I see, the planets up in orbit

I’m standing still, I’m waiting for a trip beyond whats known yet

Although it’s pointless, I’ll be searching far and wide

Now I feel so stiff, I’m tired but I’ ll give it one last try

And as I close my eyes, I feel my body fly

And the sky drops to my shoulders, as I walk among the stars

And the darkness of the universe, grabs on to my heart

As the ice in saturn’s rings, is carrying me away

I’m as happy as can be, on this voyage into space

As I fly up high I try to look down, but there’s not much I can see

The cars have turned to ants and the buildings into seeds

My time has come, to fly away, I just wish I got the chance say

“Goodbye my friends, goodbye my lover, this is the last time that we’ll see each other”

And as I fly away, I lose my sense of weight
