Begin again, although I came so doggone far

Solitude screams the fact so close but yet so far

Strangled by optimism, it left me oh so numb

Roller coaster spliced by the hand of my own thumb

Slipped away from the undertow

But I'm pulled in by the tide

And it sweeps away the last of the debris

These headgames, they dilute to some degree

Rest on the shoreline under fire the geese's shot's

Leaving me the smoke dances in cursive handscript
