As I grow old my blood ran so warm I almost froze. I tried to catch what sunshine brings and found my heart like stone. I saw myself as one who gives, as one who can't receive. My hands are cold, my eyes are black, not from want but just from need. So I went to the fountain of knowledge, I went to get a drink. I went to the fountain of knowledge, the water burned my lips. And there I lost my mind. No feeling can I find. Too fast for me to hold, too true for me to see. So cold I cannot touch, so thick I cannot breathe. So different they are from me, so different it is from me. So I stepped back into this world. I felt the pain of not being able to see. I saw the questions I knew the answers to. From way down deep inside, some sort of calmness made me strong. I found a knowledge satisfied. I found the purpose in my life.
