I've been developing noise in my vision

Just to compensate for all the lack of sound I can receive anymore

The faintest hint of touch, it could somehow obstruct a path that I once thought was so clear when I was senseless and shameless

I was stumbling aimlessly 'til my path left impressions on more than just the ground where I dropped to my knees

And I could not stand the looks on all those faces, 'cause they just confirmed that I had been mistaken

So where do I go from here?

And how do I carry on when I don't have the sight or strength left to find my way out of this mess?

I know I can't lay here and sink in

This grave that I've made has me thinking moving on and letting go is harder than you'll ever know, but I know it's worth it to find my new purpose

I know that your patience has worn thin

This waiting has left you with nothing

Moving on and letting go means that you would never know if this ends up worth it, and that makes you nervous

Though I'm not a man of faith, I'm hoping you'll pray for me

I'm not sure if I'll be saved, but, if you could, pray for me
