Spring Fake

It’s really exhausting to always listen to these voices in my head

That speak loudest after sunset.

Is all that’s happening what we really have deserved?

These voices are deafening and I wish they stayed unheard.

And I know I should just feel fine

But these feelings are so hard to make them mine.
