There's a story written in the Bible, telling us about ten men.

Each of them was a leper that desperately needed to be cleansed.

The Bible says they cried for Jesus, as the Savior passed their way,

But when Jesus brought about their healing, only one of them remembered to turn back and give thanks.

I want to be the one to thank Him. I want to be the one to praise His name.

I want to be the one to fall down at His feet, and let Him know I love Him for saving me from shame.

I want to give Him all the glory, for how He made a change in me.

He made a difference in my life's story, cause now I'm living in the victory.

I want to be the one!

Don't you think you ought to thank Him, in light of all the Lord has done?

Don't you think you ought to praise Him, don't you think you ought to be the one?

After all He had to do to save you; He gave His life on Calvary's cruel tree.

It ought to make you want to stop and thank Him. It ought to make you want to shout and sing!
