Carrying all this weight

You used to protect me from your world

But it's your world that needs protecting

You dread when I thank you and take off

That vile sensation of dispersing

How do you deal with grief that makes your heart heavy

Listen, it took me a lifetime to learn

That all I needed was inside me already

How does it make you feel to realize you'll heal
