How many bridges must be burned to hide the face you left behind? How many feelings have you kept prisoner inside your mind? I wish for once you would take a look at the resentment in your eyes. And do you miss the time it took to crawl beneath your bed of lies. The child inside, it cries to me. A burning soul yet to be fed.
