I tell myself

I’m not worth it

The love that I get, I don’t deserve it

I’m trying to be open and say what’s unspoken

Then walked inside my head

Lost in a moment

Stubborn and broken

Putting my hope in

Things that never mattered from the start

But I know

In my heart

As I’ve been changing, rearranging

I’ve slowly found my place

Growing in the garden of grace

It’s taking seasons

Knees in the dirt

Removing the hurt

Wild things are growing

The petals are glowing

And it’s just the start

Hear the wind whisper

The rain is coming

But I’m not afraid

Let it pour
