I remember way back in high school When my friend asked me for advice to Ask a girl out he was deeply into Secretly I had a crush on her too Pre But I felt shame of my feelings I told him Why dont u just be brave Tell her that u like her glasses, her style And that beautiful golden colored hair If only they knew That I thought about her every day Without any reason to, oh I fell so deeply for her, what can I say? It wasnt a love triangle Cause I was too afraid to let them know And nobody knew Nobody knew Now I just wonder What would have happened if He said the things I would have said Instead That her smile was seen for a mile And her voice was as warm as a Summer's day Pre 2 She was so wholesome and gentle, she Had a lot of passion inside her heart Nobody ever seemed to tell her and that Most likely gave her some scars They all said she wanted attention But all she ever wanted was someone to Talk to, yeah I wanted somebody to be there Even if I wasn't the lucky one If only they knew That I thought about her every day Without any reason to I fell so deeply for her, but what could I say?
