Dark Hall

If there's no room at the end of this dark hall

I'll spend the rest of the day in this anxious walk

No more light at the edge since long ago

No more voice in the silence for me to follow

If there's no space at the end of this long line

If I play my part in the silence and come out fine

Unless the darkness won't invite me in

Maybe this ain't a place to be a curious man
