Drowning

He came across the water

He thought he once knew

But in the end, all it did

Was play him for a fool

Wading in that river

He was born into

He slowly sank to the floor

Where he dreamed

He'd made it through

His heart is made of Fire

With two eyes and a mouth

Its vocal cords are dry

It hasn't roared or shout

Breathing in his chest

It can't blaze 'til it's out

But if they broke free here

Things will start to go south
