It started at a time when everything was coming to an end

It started as a scratch when there was blood where there shouldn’t be

I stay up hoping, barely coping, trying not to hold my breath

Sometimes I wish there was a god so I knew this was good for me

The less I do, the less time I have (life is getting static, developing bad habits)

I wasted a day just thinking bout that (life is getting static, developing bad habits)

I feel it moving through my movement I can’t just jump out of it

A growing motion, no resolution, a strong force upon my chest

And when you touch me I feel unlucky cos pleasure only causes pain

Sometimes I wish there was a god so I had someone else to blame
