Lanterns and silent bells

Suspended above the blood blue river

Clockwork surrounds, I'm still as the architecture

You're weaving spider silk

Shy as the moment between inhale and exhalation

Hiding in the quilt

The process of firmamentation

Whatever you're building takes a very long time

and I wish I'd be here to see it when you're done

At least I get to witness all your gorgeous trials and errors

At least I get to peek behind the burning curtain of the sun
