Biting my tongue

Gritting my teeth

Just to keep the fucking peace

I close my eyes

I breathe in deep

I let the anger seep

A past life, I'll never truly grieve

Filled with violence

From birth until death

The scorn of a life unfulfilled

Dragged upon my flesh

From the cradle

To my cold grave

I pray my exit is joyful

I pray I never return

To this life of misery

And to this world of lies
