The worlds first cybernetic race has deemed themselves superior to all gods who have come before. This crossbreed of man and machine believe their species to be, "all knowing" and fear no threat from the outside world. Simultaneously, a small number of humans have escaped underground, where over time, they will adapt to the smaller and darker environment. Cognitive ability will evolve greatly and the physical form will progress to a state more suited for this environment...smaller bodies, larger brains and darker eyes. Through manipulation of space and time, humans are able to alter the course of history. Once perceived as, "alien," to an earlier form of man, this modern race of humans leave behind instructions for the bionic race to decipher and eventually create the machine responsible for their own demise...
