When I was a lil youngin’ my doctor always told me that,

If I take those prescription drugs I wouldn’t be a; Drug addict;

Look at me now smoking Mary J till all my sins blown away,

The only thing that’s been there for me since I was fourteen is the beautiful plant that I knew I couldn’t OD,

Taking all those pills that the doctor told me; those wasn’t fo’ me,

Had to bring in the guidance counselor to help scold me,

Telling me if I don’t them drugs that I’ll probably end up dead or in jail cell b…

How is that mentally helping to me that sounds a bit selfish,

People saying how they care when they take directions from Pharma and corporate billionaires,

Same people asking why I’m scared,

Messing with ones head isn’t to be feared,

Like,

Take this Adderall and everything will be cleared,

See what I mean This is the corporate scheme,

‘Long as the names signed on the dotted line and your prescription is free,

You don’t mind what’s inside long as you don’t gotta pay a fee..

And To me that’s crazy,

Having someone deciding what is needed for your saving,

When you don’t have what’s prescribe it what makes you crazy,

*Man*

Maybe you should analyze before you ask the doc to save me,

Ask him how neither one of yawl can really blame me,

When this is a trial for the doc and your safety,

Make your mind sane and live safely..

Got the police in their asking how did you get it,

That pill came from the pharmacist it's not my fault I neglect it,

It helps the mind, when in reality I'm really fine,

You're subjected to the system of public perception,

Take this pill and now normal to feel the public's acceptance,

Don't take it and feel awful due to public rejection,

Doc been controlling your life now here is the lesson,

Live yo’ life without anyones thought projection,

Your not the only one whose life is a mess and,

Stop letting them pills make all the decisions,

Smoke a blunt to relieve all of your stresses,

Open them eyes to create all of your visions.

This is your time to voice all your opinions,

Help me with this trial of taking down the system,

One person can hold it up but when all comes together it makes it rough,

Surprisingly enough they’ll call our bluff,

Until we keep on thinking and speaking.

Leaving an imprint on society;

*praying*

That the doc won’t lie to we,
