On a road behind a goad

Always running through this winter -while we erode

When the leaders of the powers drive the overload

 It's in the hands of the people to restore the code

Still the same the human vein

Like forever our endeavours leave a stain

Might is right for all our plight

Leads us nowhere unless we're in here for a fight

When the carbon emissions choke us with their load And the bankers' fake depressions make it all implode We're are lying in the gutter unsure if we were toldThat the ground beneath our feet was never gonna hold!
