Corporal Peake: General! We just found Dr. Diederich's body in the back of the lab! He's dead!

General Pride: Dead? What do you mean? What happened?

Corporal Peake: One gunshot wound to his head. Apparently he took his own life before we got through. There was a handgun not far from his hand where his body fell

General Pride: That's unfortunate. What of the test subject? Is it still intact?

Corporal Peake: No sir. The test subject is gone

General Pride: Gone?

Corporal Peake: Yes sir. We've looked everywhere. There appears to be a massive structure wall break in the back of the laboratory. We have no idea what caused it. But it's definitely big enough the test subjects could have escaped through it

General Pride: Subjects? As in there were more than one? Plural?

Corporal Peake: Sir, there appear to be two of them according to how the lab was set up

General Pride: Ahh, this is not good! This is not good at all!

Corporal Peake: Oh, and sir, this was found clutched in the scientist's hand. It appears to be a mini voice recorder

General Pride: Thank you, corporal. Go ahead and--

Corporal Peake: General! Not trying to interrupt, but there's more

General Pride: Go ahead, son

Corporal Peake: There's a very high tech computer in the back. It appears to have some kind of A.I. program installed in it

General Pride: I don't understand, Corporal? Why is that such a big deal?

Corporal Peake: Sir, the computer spoke to us. As if it were a living being. It has a face on the monitor and it could see us. It somehow understood the whole situation at hand. It seems extremely intelligent. It acted as though it was expecting us to be here today

General Pride: The computer spoke to you? As in it saw you and addressed you?

Corporal Peake: Yes, sir, that is correct. It introduced itself with the name Solomon. I believe it wants an audience with you

General Pride: Thank you, corporal. Go ahead and finish up here. I'll give HQ an update on the situation and see what we're gonna do from here
